Cult Gaia and Bratz officially launched their joint capsule collection on Wednesday, March 10, to celebrate Bratz’s 21st anniversary and Cult Gaia’s 10th anniversary. Combining the aesthetics of both brands’ early years, the latest line is filled with perhaps the most nostalgia-tinged pieces to date.
Inspired by 2000s fashion and Bratz’s beloved “it girl” attitude over the decades, the collaboration features an array of coveted ready-to-wear pieces and accessories. When it comes to clothing, you can expect to see early 2000s silhouettes such as halter tops and flared bottoms in snakeskin prints, cutout dresses and mini skirts galore, the all in vibrant colorways, like tie-dye and bold neons. While the celebrity-approved fashion label has reinvented its classic “Serita” dress in new prints and colors, the collection also features bodycon cuts and Cult Gaia’s own beaded take on the popular Y2K butterfly top.
The capsule collection also includes a few basic accessories to add to your wardrobe, including gold necklaces adorned with “Bratz” and hoop earrings, a snake-embossed bucket hat, platform shoes and handbags. in leather. Prices for the collection range from $98 to $518, with accessories starting at $128 and sizes ranging from XS to XL.
